PAYMENT POLICY
We always expect payment at time of service. This payment will be based on services performed, amount of deductible owed and insured's co-pay. These vary amoung insurance plans and is in your best interest to know what these are. We will always verify your plan and coverage on the date of service. We can give you an estimate of what that day's services will run, but this may change based on the doctor's treatment plan and services rendered. QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
​You will be told what your deductible and co-pay are at time of service.

​I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
​If we have received any such information from your insurance company, we'll be glad to share it with you. However, for answers to any questions about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, you generally need to check with your insurance company.
We will never send the patient a bill for unpaid services, unless that payment was for Personal Injury work or Workman's Comp, which was sent to the patient instead of our office.
It is always in the patient's best interest to be away of what their deductible and co-pays are at time of service. Some doctor's offices do not always follow the contracted rates of the insurance plan, so their may be some incongruencies among what you have been told in the past and what the insurance company says you are required to pay.
